The state exam consists of two main parts - written and spoken.
Written part:
- reading
- writing
- use of English
- listening
Oral part:
- personal interview
- conversational topic
- pictures
- role play

Written part consists of four parts divided into two sections.
The first section consists of 2 tests of reading comprehension (55 minutes) and writing (90 minutes).
Then there is a break.
The second section consists of 3 tests of listening comprehension (40 minutes) and 3 tests of use of English (55 minutes).
